Valence Lithium Iron Magnesium Phosphate batteries provide twice the available energy and run-time at approximately half the weight of a similarly sized lead-acid battery.  For example, a 108 amp lead acid battery has 54 useful amps of energy and weights 70 pounds.  The Valence U24-12XP stores 110 amps of useful energy and weighs 35 pounds.

Lithium iron magnesium phosphate batteries manufactured by Valence are 12 or 18 volts, have high energy storage capacity, high discharge power, are fast charging with a long cycle life, and are stable when exposed to high temperature environments.  Users have experienced excellent float and cycle life resulting in very low operating costs and
high return on investment.

U-Charge XP

The U-Charge XP family of batteries is a perfect choice when battery energy density, space constraints, weight savings and intrinsic safety are prerequisites.  They can be used as direct replacements for similar capacity lead-acid batteries with twice the energy at half the weight.  An external battery management system is required for optimum use and is offered to make an integrated system.
