Shipping Information

Sunshine Works products are sold FOB origin freight prepaid and added. This means that loss or damage in shipment is the purchaser's responsibility.

We do our best to ship orders from stock within 24 hours from receipt of payment Monday through Friday.  Most orders placed by 1 PM Central Time go out the same day.

Methods of shipment include the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and various common carrier truck lines.

Orders shipped from our distributors generally ship within 48 hours.  Orders shipped directly from manufacturers depend on their inventory and production schedules.  We will advise you of the schedule when you place your order.

If items are backordered we will notify you.  You can choose a refund if you wish and we will advise you when the items are in stock again.

If estimated shipping costs exceed actual costs, we will refund the difference.

Warranty Claims

If a product you purchase is subject to a warranty claim, resolution of warranty issues requires collaboration with and following the procedures of the manufacturer.  We will assist you to submit the information required to the manufacturer.  The outcome regarding the claim is the manufacturer's decision.

Product Returns

If you wish to return a purchase for whatever reason, please request a return authorization within 14 days of your purchase and we will make arrangements for you to return your purchase.

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging freight prepaid.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and returns will be subject to a 15 to 25 percent restocking fee depending on the products in question and the shipping destination where they must be returned.

Products which have been installed, used, improperly installed, abused or damaged are not subject to return under the policy stated above.  We will be pleased to discuss the issues with you on a case by case basis.
